What scale of residential projects does BayfordBridge work on?

We work across a broad range of residential scales. Our team sources and entitles everything
from one-off infill lots to large, multi-phase communities with several hundred doors. This
flexibility allows us to tailor our entitlement strategy to the specific needs, constraints, and
opportunities of each site

BayfordBridge currently sources and entitles residential land throughout New Jersey and
Eastern Pennsylvania. Our near-term growth plan includes expanding into additional markets,
with a full national sourcing footprint targeted by Q4 2026.

Builders choose BayfordBridge because we convert illiquid land into fully entitled, build-ready
residential sites. We manage the sourcing, due diligence, and entitlement process end-to-end,
freeing builders to focus on what they do best: delivering quality homes. By taking on the
earliest and most complex stages of development, we reduce risk, shorten timelines, and
ensure our builder partners have a consistent pipeline of land aligned with their needs.

Our goal is to understand your acquisition criteria so well that when the right opportunity arises,
we can pick up the phone, have a quick, straightforward conversation, and reach a handshake
agreement. This will be followed by a clean, to-the-point contract. We focus on consistency,
transparency, and reliability, creating a relationship where you can count on us to deliver
opportunities that align with your needs.

BayfordBridge generally sells once all entitlements are complete, allowing us to deliver
maximum value to our builder partners. However, we remain flexible. If a builder prefers to
acquire a property before entitlements are finished, we’re open to structuring the deal
accordingly. Ultimately, the timing depends on the specific opportunity and needs of the builder.

which enables us to source and evaluate a high volume of quality land opportunities. What
